One Bedroom Suites feature dining and living room space with a gas fireplace (in most), fully equipped kitchenette, private bedroom with queen sized bed, bathroom with shower/tub and dual sinks, a private balcony or patio with south facing views of the beautiful Nantucket Sound. Units are positioned around a courtyard in the East, Center, and West wings of the resort, both on the first and the second floors. First floor rooms enjoy a partitioned outdoor patio with seating for four, while second floor units are designed with a partially enclosed private balcony with table and seating for four. These units comfortably sleep four.

Two Bedroom Suites feature a private master bedroom, a second bedroom with separate entrance. Each unit has a shared living space with ocean views, fully equipped kitchenette, and full bathroom with shower/tub. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen television, and a private second full bathroom. Most second bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds, flat screen television, and window views of the courtyard and ocean. Units are positioned around a courtyard in the East, Center, and West wings of the resort, both on the first and the second floors with a fireplace. First floor rooms enjoy a partitioned outdoor patio with a six person patio table and umbrella, while second floor units are designed with a partially enclosed private balcony with table and seating for six. These units comfortably sleep six.

These One Bedroom Deluxe Oceanfront Suites are located in our South Building. The only thing dividing these rooms from our private beach is 100 feet of environmentally protected sand dunes. Each unit has a private ocean viewing room equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and unparalleled ocean views. In addition to the ocean viewing room, these units are furnished with living room space separate from the sleeping area, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and a gas fireplace. These units comfortably sleep four.
